Nik truly enjoys working closely as a partner with Blackstone’s clients, eventually becoming a Trusted Advisor to our clients and by assisting them directly with their talent acquisition needs.

Nik is also responsible for overseeing Blackstone’s growth strategy, creating and implementing Blackstone’s short and long term growth strategy. Under his leadership, Blackstone Search has grown to 3 offices and now provides executive search services to International clients from Spain, Italy, Russia, and Germany.
