Blackstone Search Group is a minority owned executive search firm, with over 2-decades experience helping companies recruit diverse candidates. We started recruiting diverse candidates when times and our culture were very different than today. Our first placements were with industrial automation customers that needed to diversify their engineering departments. We recruited and introduced variety degreed mechanical and electrical engineers that represented a wider swath of the cultural landscape.
